REQUIREMENTS FOR ALTA / ACSM LAND

TITLE SURVEYS

COURSE OUTLINE

The examination includes 60 multiple choice questions as

listed on the following pages.  Mark the plat titled,

ALTA / ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEY, with the corrections shown

noted in Section A, Part 1 and 2, and also marking the

plat titled, Property Survey, with the corrections noted

in Section B, Part 1-3.

Section B         30 questions

Total            100 questions   All questions have equal value.

A.    For the plat titled:  ALTA / ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEY

      1. Note three items not shown as required for an

         ALTA / ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEY

      2. Note seven items not shown as required in the

         specifications listed in Table A of the minimum

         standard detail requirements for an

         ALTA / ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEY.

B.    For the plat titled:  Property Survey

      1. Note ten items not shown as required for an

         ALTA / ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEY

      2. Note five items incorrectly shown as required

         for an ALTA / ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEY

      3. Note fifteen items not shown as required in

         the specifications listed in Table A of the
